Environmental

SITE Centers is committed to operating our business in a responsible manner simply because it is the right thing to do for our stakeholders. As part of our environmental and sustainable property operations strategy, we focus on core initiatives around energy, water, waste and building envelope efficiencies. These initiatives are key components in our approach to reduce the overall negative impacts to the natural environment, natural resources and the surrounding communities.

Social

Community Engagement

Operating in stable and vibrant communities is a hallmark for successful commercial real estate organizations. SITE Centers is committed to making positive differences in the communities where we live and work. Our community involvement strategy is driven in large part by our employees’ interest and often takes place at the grassroots and local levels, where we feel we can make the biggest difference.

Our social programs are facilitated through many different outreach programs that forge partnerships with charitable organizations to reach those in need. At the core of this important initiative is our YOUnity program. This internal program allows each of our employees to locate volunteer opportunities through a database of available organizations and allows for donation matching by the company. Each of our employees is also given two full days of paid volunteer time to achieve our objective of helping our communities through action.
